Do you offer refunds?

We do NOT offer refunds unless there is an error on the behalf of Fly Girlz Boutique (i.e. damages to your items)
*Incorrect sizing does NOT constitute for a refund*

What is your pick-up policy?

If an order isn't picked up within 48 hours of purchase, the item(s) will be returned to inventory stock.

Do you offer delivery for local orders? 

Yes. Delivery in El Paso will incur a fee of $10.

 

I purchased the wrong item, what do I do?

Exchanges are honored within the first 24 hours after purchase.
